Wyatt’s Lake: caravans, footpath – on going.
No access dog sign: design and cost provided by Citeglen. It was agreed to delay order. New Dog Byelaws to be consulted.
Caravan Brick Hill: Order served.
Cabbage Patch Challenge: Successful event enjoyed by all with a profit of approx. £1200.00. Considerable organisation required – thanks to a great community effort . |

ACTION UPDATE FROM ANNUAL PARISH MEETING 08.05.07:
Chittoe Heath: Spye park owner ready to install bollards on the Heath.
PP/PC to meet with Spye Park to discuss further.
Pound Play Area: no decision made concerning future. Items identified in the Risk assessment to be removed before June 1st, round about raised, new swing chains fitted. Insurers to be informed. Remaining equipment maintained whilst options discussed.
Pound traffic calming/parking: Meet on site with Mr Hanson from WCC, followed by a Public Meeting if necessary.
Speed of traffic through out the village: police check ordered.
CI Dean Knight: to be invited to June Meeting.
Transport update: trial period coming to an end. June Agenda.
Purchase of Crown Land: It was agreed that the PC applies for Borrowing Approval and £6000 from PWLB for the Purchase of land at the top of the Sports Fields and Cemetery Extension. |

REQUEST FROM THE CARNIVAL COMMITTEE FOR THE USE OF THE MILLENNIUM FIELD FOR CAR PARKING.
BEER TENT ON JUBILEE FIELD:
No objections to the use of the Millennium Field for additional parking facilities.
Beer Tent: no further correspondence received. RH to contact Secretary to ask for confirmation of arrangements due to conflicting reports. |

PROPOSED LOCAL GOVERNMENT RE-ORGANISATION IN WILTSHIRE: P Rugg discussed proposals concerning WCC. Although the PC has written in support of KDC, it was felt that representatives from both KDC and WCC should be invited to a meeting. |
