No OBJ Mr T Smith, 46 New Road, double garage. NO OBJ Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service, Growers Court, New Road, retrospective application for change of use from B1 (office) to D1 (non residential institutions) use. NO OBJ Mr Jim Butler, Bromham House Farm, change of use of land and buildings to allow parking and storage of vehicles, plant and equipment pending preparation for sale or export: improvements to road junction. COMMENT: Change of use: Bromham Parish Council have no objections against the change of land and buildings to allow the parking of vehicles, plant and equipment. Improvements to the road junction: BPC are in agreement that before any comments are made they require more detailed plans of the proposed improvements due to previous accidents on this part of the A342 at this junction. The Parish Council would recommend improvements to include 'curving' on the opposite side of the A342 North, flooding/drainage should also be considered here as this is an on going problem when the 'verge slips' are blocked, also improvements to the Roughmoor lane with regards to width i.e. passing bays, re siting of electric poles which restrict the existing width. NOTIFICATION OF FULL PLANNING: Mr T Smith: as above. P D Hook, (rearing) Ltd. Bromham Farm, Durlett, erection of 5 additional poultry buildings. APPEALS: - | |
