| 4. | AVOCA VISIT: Travel, accommodation mini-bus and driver all confirmed. Due to numbers traveling it was proposed by RH to keep the cost at £250.00/person with the remaining funds being made up from the Twinning Association funds. Sec JG. | |
| 5. | TREASURER’S REPORT: Balance: £1662,93 RH was re-inbursed £395.00 for ferry fees paid. | |
| 6. | FUNDRAISING EVENTS: Due to the Avoca visit and other commitments it was agreed to cancel the Autumn fundraising event until the New Year. 15th or 22nd January 2010. | |
