Last Salary Review July 08 EXISTING SALARY = £7200+ 500 Expenses NALC RECOMMENDATION FROM APRIL 09 Profile 2 (LC2) Salary Points (below benchmark range) 26-29 Qualification + 1 point Minimum hours for population of village 42.5hrs/month (2003) 29 points + 1 = 30 points ANNUAL (Full time) SALARY = £25,472.00 PRO RATA RATE £25472 :– 52 weeks :– 37 hours = £13.24/ hour £13.24 x 10.5hrs x 52 = £7229 / annum + £500 expenses Proposed increase agreed as from 1st April 2010 £7600.00 plus £500.00 expenses.
