AVOCA VISIT: Travel, accommodation mini-bus and driver all confirmed. 

Due to numbers travelling it was proposed by RH to keep the cost at £250.00/person with the remaining funds being made up from the Twinning Association funds.  Sec JG.

TREASURER’S REPORT: Balance: £1662,93

RH was reimbursed £395.00 for ferry fees paid.

6.

FUNDRAISING EVENTS: Due to the Avoca visit and other commitments it was agreed to cancel the Autumn fundraising event until the New Year.  15^th or 22^nd January 2010.
